our insulin was delivered overnight and the ice pack was hot to the touch when it arrived will it harm my husband to use it
I would contact the pharmacy it came from immediately. If it came overnight either the ice pack wasn't ice to start with or it wasn't adequate for the trip. I don't think I'd use it. It could have degraded so that it won't work as well, or it could have started breeding bacteria. Room temp won't hurt it, but you can't be sure it didn't get hotter then that.
