Hi all, i slept an average of 2/3 hrs per night in the last 3 months, also taking drugs. Now the stress problem seems solved and i'm sleeping more but my worry is:how is likely i have some permanent brain damages due to this bad period? lot of studies shown that only few nights of sleep deprivation could cause it, mine last 3 months...
Paul; This is very hard to really give you a good answer. But my gut tells me it would be very rare to get anything such as permeate brain damage from the lack of sleep over 3 months. And worrying about it is not going to help you. Just go back to your normal routine and see how you are doing you sound just fine to me. But many times we can be our own worse enemy's by our thoughts so just try and relax and enjoy the sleep that you're getting now. Have a great weekend. Chuck1957
