When I first started having Insomnia,I could go two days without sleeping, before I finally started taking sleeping pills,and none of them agreed with me,ambian' made me crazy and sick,tylenol pm and simply sleep worked for a while then my anxiety was getting bad,Lunesta made my depression come through which explains why I probly had insomnia in the first place,my question is,Why Couldn't I nap I still don't really nap,now that I'm on mirtazapine I have more energy and sleep hard at night,I used to take such good naps just whenever I felt the need,just don't know what happened, can't explain it,is it hormone related?
