Hello Dodge and welcome to DC. As long as you are following directions for its use... then you shouldn't have any worries. Not getting a period isn't all that uncommon. Some women experience much lighter periods, too, while others experience "spotting". The thing to remember is to insert a new ring on time.

NuvaRing - I took the ring out at three weeks(Thursday) , got my period then inserted new one on 4th
