INRs are only done with warfarin. Lovenox works in a different part of the clotting mechanism.

Kaismama is not quite correct. Lovenox is not prescribed as a substitute for Warfarin. The role of Warfarin is to prevent the formation of new clots (after clots have been dissolved with Heparin/etc). Since the dosage of Warfarin would depend on quite a few factors (metabolic/diet/post surgical treatment/etc.), most Hemetologists would try to titrate the dosage of Warfarin to keep the INR between 2 and 3.5 (for patients who are recovering from DVT) and supplement Warfarin/ecosporin/asprin with Lovenox provided the patient is not due for any spinal tap/surgery/complication. Hence, suggest you go by the advise given by your Hemetologist.
