as on today inj.analgin for human has been banned in so many countries. Is it possible to use inj.analgin for veterinary be used in humans?
Hi, drvsn! We longer use metamizole (Analgin, Dipyrone) in the U.S. (and I believe in the U.K. and some other 30+ countries) because of the risk of agranulocytosis ~ why it's been banned for human use.
I would definitely question the purity and concentrations in preparations made by foreign laboratories.
There are dozens of safer antipyretics and analgesics that are much safer.

Veterinary - 1. Do you think it is right that Nurses, or others, can pick and choose the procedures?
