i always used singular but would like to switch to Montelukast Sodium can you show the ingredients and risks involved if I switched ?
They are both montelukast. The inactive ingredients can differ..Sometimes this can cause a difference in absorption. I haven't seen anyone complain about the generic montelukast. There are several different companies that make the generic. Here are the inactive ingredients in one of them
FD&C Blue No. 2
FD&C Yellow No. 6
sodium lauryl sulfate
Here is the inactive ingredients in the brand
hydroxypropyl cellulose (type h)
ferric oxide red
