Clindamycin should not just be used for any old infection. It's claim to fame is that is one of the few antibiotics that is still effective for some types of MRSA and should be reserved for serious or severe Staphylococcal species infections.
If you have Chlamydia and Gonorrhea, I suggest you see your Doctor and get the antibiotics they use specifically for those infections as they will be just as effective as more potent antibiotics that should really be only prescribed when specifically indicated.
