Yes, Levaquin can be used to treat Chlamydia infection. However, azithromycin and erythromycin seem to be used more often.

No, Levaquin cannot heal any type of std. The abx is a powerful med for inflammation and most bacterial infections. Std, has to be treated with zithromax. It might be wise to ask your doc about a viral med as well.
