It takes 74 days for sperm to mature so if there has been infection or probable obstruction in the previous 3 months a man should see a doctor... There are many reasons for infertility or low sperm count in men and not always attributed to infection of the scrotum or area... marijuana smoked from an early age into young male hood could be the possibility... The mans testicles being exposed to extreme heat constantly, a vericose vein and or infection in the urine... Go see MD to have possible blood drawn, urine test and physical and hopefully you will have a specific answer...
