In pregnancy which drug is safe for nasal congestion?

Ideally, during pregnancy, you just use a saline spray for nasal congestion.

Marvell is so right, & the name brand would be Ocean Spray. The store brands are just as good, & much cheaper. Another old trick that my now deceased allergy doctor taught me was to put a wee amount of vasoline on a Q-tip and put in each nostril at bedtime. This has worked for me for years. Be sure to use a different one for each nostril, & try to put it as high up as comfortable. This allows the vasoline to coat the sinus as you sleep & makes a huge difference during the day & night.
