ejactulated inside of me. I'm just always worried about getting pregnant, but I love sex so much. And I know that there's a chance of getting pregnant even if the guy doesn't ejaculate inside of you. I was wondering if a guy could ejaculate inside of me and I wouldn't have to worry about getting pregnant? Or if I should worry about getting pregnant for having sex without a condom, in general? Thank you :)
Your Implanon should protect you contraceptively. It doesnt protect you against STD's and that is the reason you are told to continue condom use. If you are manogamous (with one partner) and you are sure of his sexual history and that he is free from infections, you can go without a condom. If you have multiple partners though, I dont recommend it. you cannot tell by looking who has STDs or not. Many have no outward noticeable symptoms. Your partner not ejaculating inside you does little to nothing to protect you at all!! Men secrete sperm all through the sex act so it is really pointless. If you are already having condomless sex, you might as well let him ejaculate inside you and get the full enjoyment.
