Im really nervous about getting it because of all the negative side effects ive read about, i need advise, im going crazy on if i should get it put in or not, please help!!
One issue you are facing is you are most likely to hear about issues here and at similar sites. People don't usually pipe up and say 'I love my new birth control' like they might with a psych medication so there is an automatic bias already in place. if you are just starting you may find daily pills harder to take absolutely religiously but the upside is if it really doesn't agree with you (messed up periods and such) that it is easier to try something different. Do, however, give your body a chance to get used to it before saying 'it doesn't agree with me'.
