Had it taken out but thinks pieces is still left in my arm what can I do
It is not the sort of thing that can easily be broken and any missing pieces would have shown up missing on removal. More likely you can feel some vague lumpiness or tenderness where the old implant was seated; possibly a small amount of scar tissue perhaps? I'd just keep an eye on it for a bit and see what happens (so long as the small incision has healed properly).
If you are really concerned you will have to see the doctor or technician who removed the implant. A tiny ultrasound probe should show any solid pieces in place still.
