... feels like? What does the local feel like? How long does insertion last? Is there any painful feeling with insertion? Does your arm just feel sore afterwards like you got punched?
It really is nothing at all. A small incision is made in your skin, a long applicator pushes the implant under the skin, & it's done.
It doesn't hurt, & it's over in a couple of minutes. Arm feels a little bit tender, for the rest of that day or so, but no more than having a bruise. Everyone is different, but it really isn't a big deal.
The numbing is barely felt. A little needle over in seconds.
Have a look on Youtube. You can see it done on there.
