... haven't had the time to go. Can I get pregnant or how long can the implanon work until?
Once it is expired, it needs to be replaced. You cant count on it to protect you any longer because it is not secreting enough hormone to protect you any longer even though the device is still in place. Yes, you can get pregnant because you can figure it like you are using nothing. Once it is overdue for replacement, you need to use back up protection or you risk getting pregnant. You need to make time to go get it replaced and use back up. Since it wasnt replaced on time, you'll have a waiting period for it to kick in and work again-just like starting over.
