Hi, I just had the worst of the worst allergic cold during the last seven days. I literally could not breathe through my nose AT ALL. I had to do mouth breathing all day even during the sleeping. I was wondering how it could have affected my brain since the oxygen supply to the brain is extremely important and a problem relating to it can cause a horrible outcome such as brain cell deaths. It is not that I could not breathe at all, but I ONLY had to breathe through my mouth. I felt dizzy, exhausted, tired, foggy all day for seven days. Right now I can breathe through my nose. Could you please enlighten me with a related information? I will really appreciate it.
