Yes the sooner the better. You shouldn't be using it for regular birth control tho, because the more you use it the less effective it is and its not as effective as regular birth control to start with.
yes, it is better to be taken at the earliest but if you are planning to have intercourse then better to use a condom. ipill is just a back-up contraceptive method and should not be used as a routine contraceptive. also avoid casual and frequent usage of ipill.
