Regardless, I think you are doing harm to your baby. You need to stop smoking. This is a KNOWN issue for the baby, let alone yourself. Bith tobacco and marijuana could cause major problems with the baby.
I will quote what they say about xanax "is classified as FDA pregnancy risk category D because it could harm the fetus when administered to pregnant women. " -- This is almost as bad as it gets. I consider this a NO in almost all cases.
Even Subutex has potential issues, but is more acceptible.
You need to go talk to an OB/GYN right now! No if's, and's, or but's about it. Your baby may be ok, she may also have permant side effects for the rest of her life.

Well, I can tell you this. If any damage was to be done while she was forming, it has already been done. This happens early in the pregnancy in the first 3 months. That is when the brain, spinal cord, heart and other organs are forming. You need to be honest with your OB-GYN and let him know what you have been using so they can be prepared if your daughter goes through withdrawals at birth because she has been using suboxone, xanax, and subutex too and will go through the same withdrawals as you would, once she is born. Have you had an ultrasound? You should have had one around 16-20 weeks. they should be able to tell by the ultrasound if there are any problems with formation of her body. As far as any mental deficits, you will not know until she is born. I was on Elavil and Valium early in my pregnancy with my oldest son.
I stopped but did take Valium again after an injury in a car accident left me with bad whiplash during my second trimester and I took it sparingly on and off until he was born and he is fine. With my second pregnancy, I had really debilitating headaches and was on Vicodin after my first trimester was over and that son is fine too. I was very lucky but I stressed and stressed until they were born that something would be the matter with them. I did not smoke tobacco or weed through my pregnancies at all. Try to not use anything you dont have to. Think of it like this, "Would I give her this if she were outside my body?" Do let your OB know about the drugs you have been using so if she goes into withdrawal, they will recognize it and be able to treat her for them. You, yourself, probably know how uncomfortable withdrawals are and in infants it can be very dangerous if she is not treated. Try to smoke as few cigarettes as you can or better yet, quit. Cigarettes lead to low birth weight in babies and right now your little one is packing on weight to be ready to be born. In the last few weeks they gain a great deal of their birth weight. Stay away from the weed. She doesnt need that. I hope your Dr giving the Subutex knows you are pregnant and has been following you accordingly. Try to limit the Xanax as much as possible. Good Luck to you. I know how scary it is.
I cannot comment on taking xanax while pregnant or subs but i did smoke cigs constantly through my pregnancy and at the time i was also addicted to weed/hash whatever,i got off the weed/hash when i found out i was pregnant but could'nt with the cigs, anyway alot of people disagree with smoking cigs while pregnant but for me,i gave birth to a healthy baby boy,he was in great health and up to this day-2years later he very rearly gets sick, even cough or cold and i know alot of mothers who didnt smoke and were completely against it and their kids are often sick,so i'm not saying its ok for you to stay smoking weed that would'nt be good for baby or(your head pet in the long run)believe me i've been there.Try stay away from the xanax, have a chat with your doc see can you come up with some relaxing techniques while you're going through your pregnancy.I know its not easy but just keep your little girl in the front of your mind when you want to smoke or take relaxing meds. You wont feel the time going and you have so much to look forward to with the arrival of your baby girl.
Best of luck to you and your little girl, post anytime to chat.
Take care i wish you all the best
