Will the demorol not work? Will I have withdrawal symptoms due to the demorol in my system along with the suboxone? Is there any NON NARCOTIC medicine that can be used instead of the demorol during a procedure??
My first question is does your doctor know you are on Suboxone? I know when I had a kidney stone and had to have a stent put in my doctor was alimentary that he would not use a narcotic pain medication and instead used ultram and gave me an injection of today which by the way did not touch the pain. If I was you I would get of the Suboxone for two or three days so that the injection of narcotics if you can stand the pain would work. My thought is this. Nobody deserves or should have to go through any pain when receiving any procedure. That's what narcotic medicine is for especially under doctors care. Don't punish yourself and put ur self through any unnecessary pain when you don't have to. Good luck, I hope all turns out ok with the least amount of pain...
