will it relieve my pain?
This is a somewhat confusing question- only you will know if it is doing so- and if you are on it already don't you already know? You have not mentioned you physical condition requiring pain management.
As for generally looking at that amount of medication- that should deal with a lot of pain! 50 mcg fentanyl is the equivalent of 120 mg oxycodone on its own and then you have an additional 60 mcg. That is a substantial amount of medication- but whether it controls you pain depends on what physical condition you have requiring meds and your own tolerance and response.
