Im 25 was 11stone 3 now 19 stone ive tried other diets starting college dietician or orlistat? should i try my best to do it myself because if this isnt suitable especially side-effects i will lose or my hope but i,ve got alote to lose and i need help but maybe i should try the dietician again i have before lost 20 pound but put it all on plus some?
Truly the best way to lose weight is to change the way you eat and to exercise. If the college dietitian is available to you (especially if free of charge) that would be a good start. Many people gain weight while in college due to stress, no eating right and not exercising (and dont forget the partying!) Le the dietitian help you on the way to eating right and try taking walks to start with. Think of it as a lifestyle change not a diet. With a diet you will just gain it right back once you go off. It must be a lifestyle change to keep the weight off. Let see, a stone is 14 pounds right? It also depends on how tall you are as to what weight is good for you and the dietitian should be able to help you determine a healthy weight for you. I've just joined a gym and am struggling to lose weight too! It is not easy! Good Luck to you!
