If you are alleric to Sulindac, would you be able to take diclofenac?

Diclofenac and Sulindac belong to the same class of drugs called non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDS).
If you are allergic to one type then it is likely you may be be allergic to others in the same class. You should exercise caution.

As a side note are you sure you are allergic to the actual drug as opposed to the tablet excipients? Some people are allergic to tablet binders, fillers, colouring agents etc. An allergy test would confirm this.
