patient what can you do about this ?
All you can do is call the doctor, speak to him/her personally, about your friend and let them know that you've witnessed your friend abusing the drug on multiple occasions. The doctor cannot speak to you due to confidentiality, but they can listen. Hopefully the doctor WILL listen and speak to your friend about it (who will likely swear up and down that it's not true), but it's frankly up to the doctor whether or not they'll believe you.
