It will show up as an amphetamine. Adderall is an amphetamine drug and you may need to discontinue it during your pregnancy. Be sure to tell your OB Dr that you have been taking it. It is a Pregnancy Category C and can cause some problems in a developing fetus. It can cause effects on the childs behavior centers for learning and memory and also has been known to cause deformities in a fetus but there is no adequate studies done in humans to know for sure so Adderall should only be used in pregnancy if the benefits to the mother outweigh the risk to the fetus.
Actually Adderall is Category C, meaning doctors don't know wtf it does during pregnancy. Only one case has shown up that caused birth defects while the mother was taking Adderall (and it can't be causatively linked with the Adderall... some birth defects happen when the mother doesn't take ANY medication).
Drug tests do not differentiate between male and females and they won't show if you're pregnant or not. Pregnancy has nothing to do with the drug test.
But yes, as the other poster mentioned, Adderall will show up as a Stimulant on a urine screen.
