If coumadin is off can that cause a patient to be very cold and tired?

I know when I started coumadin almost five years ago I almost immediately noticed I was more susceptible to cold things (weather, frozen food, ice, etc.) Pretty much still the case now. Today, I felt more tired than usual all day so we'll see what the INR is tomorrow. I don't know if being very tired and the coumadin level being off are related or not.
