Could it be a seroquel
O-CAL PRENATAL VITAMIN- vitamin a, ascorbic acid, cholecalciferol, .alpha.-tocopherol acetate, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, niacin, pyridoxine, folic acid, cyanocobalamin, calcium, ferrous fumarate, iodine, magnesium, zinc, and copper tablet.
