... other out in the process of getting clean. the more support the better, right?
My addiction wasn't specifically roxicodone (oxycodone), like most opiate addicts, my addiction was to ANY substance naturally or synthetically derived from an opium poppy, but if you want someone to talk to who's been through long-term opiate abuse and recovered fully, then feel free to contact me whenever you feel the need.
Hi my name is chris i also have an addiction to roxicodone. I have been taking for about three years now. On average i take 30 to 60mg a day. i am a server so its hard to work without now, or so i think, i guess. I was suspended this week so im out o work n out o money. Good time to come down. But i go back sunday. Im on day two plastered to the bed. I took a xanex yesterday, i hope i did not loose a day by doing so. I go back sunday. I guess im asking will i be good by then? If not im worrried, i hate this.
Yes, I do have an addiction to roxicodone. I take between 60 and 180 mg per day. I have been on the roxicodones for about 6-8 months now, before that it was oxycontin, oxycodone, morphine, etc.,steadily for the last 10 years, off and on for the l2 before that. I try not to abuse my dose, but honestly, there are times lately that I am buying extra to last me until my next prescription. I suffer with depression really bad, and I know that these damn roxys are making it 100 times worse. It is now at the point that I will deal with the pain and withdrawal rather than the depression. I need my life back. I'm 50 and feel 100. What's your story? I'll share more if I hear from you.
