There's no swelling or anything. It's not broken or didn't move either
I'd see a doctor. The reason I started with that is that it's possible that it wasn't inserted perfectly. They'll do an ultrasound and say "there it is; looks perfect" and shuffle you out the door. Had you considered writing up a pain/discomfort diary daily? That provides some minor supporting evidence for: "I believe it might not be perfectly placed and causing irritation where none should really occur".
