Currently iam taking rcinex, its going to finish soon, still iam having pleuritic pain in both side so what may be the cause?
The most common cause of pleuritic pain is a viral infection.
Less common causes can include pneumonia, blood clots in the lung (pulmonary embolism), chest injuries, a collapsed lung (pneumothorax), tumours of the lung, and inflammation associated with some forms of arthritis. All these conditions are likely to have other symptoms, and the pleuritic pain is just part of the problem.
You need to see your doctor to determine the cause.
