I haven't anxiety and panic disorder. To the point that my glasses have to be tinted. Long term high dose max I believe. I know I can't take more than I'm on right now. I see my doctor tomorrow. So anything that can be helpful to us would be nice?
I'm a long term Valium patient. 40 mgs a day for at least 10 years. It used to work well.

I too am a long term user of valium; about 17 years. I try to stay at 20 mg daily. There is a lot of good info on tapering on the internet. Try reducing slow and steady; be patient and easy on yourself. You can get down to a level that is much lower and maybe stabilise there. And exercise is a good coping tol, along with deep breathing. Hope this helps
