Added 22 Apr 2011:
it is a red and white capsule and each side has 126 on it the pill describer could not identify it
Please add more info, such as any markings on pills, all medications in the United States have printed identifcations on them. Take a close look at these pills and tell us what is imprinted on them.
Could it have been Darvon, if it is, that pill has been pulled off the market by the FDA and you will NOT be able to get an rx for them. Darvon and darvocet can cause fatal heart problems, you can look up Darvon here under drugs a to z and find out the generic name and also attempt to look them up under pill identifier.
Markings would be helpful, otherwise we're just guessing. My uninformed guess is Percocet 5mg. Even if the name rings a bell be sure to check interactions and possibly contact your Doc. since it's been awhile since this med was prescribed. Good Luck
Tylox is red and white but that is a guess out of the dark. As SL said, it would be best to know any markings on the pill for definite identification. ?These are only guesses!
we need more in formation is a capsule a pill, whats the shape any letters markings and so on.
It's a no brainer. Go to the pill identifier on this web site:
that is where you will get the most reliable answer short of taking it into a pharmacy or to your Doctor. I would not take it if you don't know what it is. This is the advice I can offer. Good Luck! and think before you react.
