I am a competitive cheerleader like hardcore cheerleading, like gymnastics almost. so im doing alot of tumbling and activity that needs a high level of endurance. I have chronic ankle problems and i might need a pain killer to get me through my last two competitions of my career. I just need the pain to be masked for these two comps and get through them. what can i use that will help but not make me dizzy, weak, hard to breath, etc. since its hardcore physical activity?
