I was taken off of it a week ago, have a fever, and was using it to treat my high blood pressure, I am also diabetic.
116, assuming that is a top number, is not really low. It is still considered in the normal range. Be sure you are well hydrated, drinking at least 8-8oz glasses of water or juice daily (as long as your Dr has not restricted your fluid intake). Iced and hot black teas and coffee do not count as fluid replacement as they actually pull more fluid off the body than they replace. Once you are well hydrated, especially as you have had a fever, your blood pressure should come up some.
