200mgs/day is the conversion for fentanyl 100mcg/day. This is a good example of just how strong fentanyl is. 100mcg is of course 1mgs. So 1mg of fentanyl is equal to 200mgs of oxycodone. Oxycodone is around the midpoint in the opiate strength chart. Fentanyl is at the top along with 3 other versions of fentanyl. Another example is Carfentanyl is 100,000 times stronger than morphine which when taken orally is just a bit weaker than oxycodone. If you are injecting morphine compared to oxycodone then morphine is actually 1.5 times stronger... Sorry, got off topic there...
