My other medications are nexium, levothyroxine, benicar, carvedilol, klonopin, wellbutrin sr, and pristiq.
Evista is a very good one with somewhat less side effects. One word of caution I would make here though, the nexium coupled with your osteopenia is a no good situation for you. I understand your need for the nexium trust me I was a 2 pill a day user for 10 years, but the effect of the drug became something I could no longer accept. I had a TIF procedure done and no longer use nexium. Talk with your doctor about this, if he/she ignores the effects of nexium with your condition, find another doctor.
Wishing you well.
The best solution for osteopenia is to increase the calcium in your diet. If you are like me and can't have diary products then the simplest is to take 500mg of calcium with 1000iu of D3 twice a day. That maximizes your intake and as long as you are reasonably active will stop the bone loss and if active will help restore bone.
