I stayed home from work. I'm not tired but a little groggy. Will I fall asleep if not tired? Not sure what to expect. I took it 8:00 am EST
Hi CKelly, You may end up taking a nap.
What ever you do, don't drive!!! I read a post here at drugs.com about a woman that took her Ambien, and went shopping... she had NO memory of it! Another post about ambien was pretty funny, a girl woke up and found marshmallows stuck all over her body and in her hair! So, please be careful... don't go shopping, and don't eat marshmallows! (couldn't resist that last bit, sorry)
Since this question was posted 9 hours ago, you're probably over any negative side effects. Don't feel too bad, my husband accidentally took the dogs tape worm medicine thinking it was an aspirin. We have since seperated and marked our meds "human" and "animals" Sweetlemon suggested on another post to get a pill container and mark them so you can clearly identify your meds.
