I take hydrocodone some tablets are 500mg... the other is labeled 7.5 what is 7.5?

the 500mgs is the tylenol and the 7.5mgs is the amount of hydrocodone in the pill... Dave

the 500 mg is tylenol and the number before is the amount of codiene. codiene is the opiate narcotic in the medication. also very addictive... very

Dave is right it's a split of hydrocodone 7.5mgs and acetaminophen of 500mg . You might want to find if you can get meds with lower acetaminophen as it can be dangerous to your liver. So many drugs have it in it.

I take Norco which has 10mgs of hydrocodone and 325 of acetaminophen. Just a thought.

There is no caffiene in these pills.
