" right ". I feel more depressed n unable to focus. I also take 20mg of celexa in the morning n again, abt 2pm start going downhill. If i ask my doc to up my adderall to 20mg at 4pm n also a second dose of 20mg celexa, do you think it'll make a difference w my " Not feeling right " in later afternoon.
I would recommend asking your doc to switch you to adderall xr. It is supposed to last for around 8 hours and has four separate amphetamine/dextroamphetamine mixtures each with a different time release. Also, perhaps begin taking the celexa close to bedtime in the evenings both to make falling asleep easier, and to prevent next Dwayne drowsiness. Separating the two will also lower the chance of seratonin syndrome, which is rare, but should be considered none the less. This method has been working for me for about a month, and I was experiencing the same thing; adderall losing its effectiveness. However, I've only ever taken adderall xr and I take lexapro as opposed to celexa. Just my suggestion, I'm not a doctor, though. Hope this info might help.

I was wondering if taking my Celexa in the morning would help me feel more energetic during the day?
