thanx for all the posts. I been crushing and add 4 narco a day. I been on these 2 this since 2001. I do have chronic pain. Its just as time went by... u know the story. I can't afford Suboxin regimen. I'm 2 fat, smoke, stove up, in my fifties but still am physically active. Interested in hearing from folks who detoxed with their rx
You can google the Thomas recipe opiate withdrawal and follow that and expect some discomfort for a couple of weeks to be on the safe side. Or you can check into the suboxone program, this is an opiate replacement therapy and it is not cheap but very effective and for that you would only need to go thru 24 to 36 hours of withdrawal before you can start on the program.
I take 140mg a day for serious injuries sustained in an assault and rear-end collision by a semi/40,000lbs. Sometimes I get upset and want to lower my intake to see were my pain level really is. I have 2-60mgs and 4-5mgs so I take 30mgs in AM and use 5mgs only as needed. Then 30mgs at PM and 5mgs only as needed. The level of discomfort is what you can stand! Don't stress yourself because you could damage your heart! Slowly and steadly decrease your intake every 5 days. There is no quick way to get the drug out of the system, TIME and Patience is the trick. Hang in there and just do it for your own benefit. Me, we're married for life :( Good Luck.
