I suffer from a migraine every month on almost the exact day of the month. How can I prevent them?

See if you can figure out if you are eating the same thing the day of or the day before you have your migraine. I don't know if you are female or not, but, if you are and you are on the pill, it may be triggering a menstrual migraine. I had a migraine 3 Easter's in a row and it was due to my sister serving some seafood high in MSG. You can probably try one of the new prescriptive prevantative medications and stop it. Foods that contain high amounts of MSG, nitrites or sulfites can trigger migraines. Lunch meat, potted meat, bacon, Mexican cheese and Chinese food fall into this category.
