MYLAN and LUPIN are both drug manufacturers.
Since you haven't told us the imprint on the pills, I am just guessing they are the following. Please follow the links and confirm by checking out the pill images, otherwise let us know the entire imprint on the pills.
The 10mg pill that MYLAN makes is https://www.drugs.com/imprints/m-l-24-8887.html
You talk about a 10-12tab by LUPIN. This is possibly the tab in this image link. https://www.drugs.com/imprints/b01-ll-12475.html which contains
Lisinopril 10mg and Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5mg.
More information here https://www.drugs.com/mtm/hydrochlorothiazide-and-lisinopril.html
The 2nd pill contains Hydrochlorothiazide which is a water pill (diuretic).
