I have been taking this drug since July, only 1-3 30mg pills a day. Rehab isnt an option, my family would not support me. I am a single mom of 3 kids. Plz someone help me.
Go to the search bar on this site and put in the Thomas Recipe. It is several products and supplements that help with detox/withdrawal and you can get it at a health food store. Since you haven't been taking the drugs all that long, I don't think you will have a prolonged withdrawal. It also helps to walk or exercise, this stimulates the feel good chemicals in your brain. You probably won't be able to do alot of walking the first couple of days. Good Lcuk, we'll be saying some Prayers for you.
I feel you I'm where you are right now. I had taken 1 30 mg pill here and there for a year mostly fri and saturdays. I recently had surgery and was taking 4 30 mg pills a day for a week then 2 a day then 1 aday rest of the week. I got down to a crumb a day then stopped, got so sick couldn't handle it so went back to the crumb a day and went to dr they prescribed suboxen which made me feel like I was losing my mind. Been of the 30 mg pills since a week and 3 days ago and went off suboxen on friday afternoon, took one piece friday morning, almost had husband take me to the er on friday and saturday then spent all day yesterday sick in bed. Freaked out last night cause I'm a stay at home mom of two trying to figure out how I would get out of bed today. Luckily my spouse is supportive. Did you stop? If so I would love to hear how and when. Also what you went through
