I am trying to figure out if you are asking about suboxone, your post cut short and omitted the last part of your post. Here is the quick answer from a suboxone user. If you are always going to be in pain from an injury, failed surgery, or other lifelong pain condition, Methadone is your better bet. If you simply want to be free of opiates, want to eliminate craving, and get thru this with minimal withdrawal time, suboxone or subutex would be the better bet. If you are going to have any surgery anytime soon, go with methadone, if you are healthy and don't need surgery or any opiate based meds anytime soon, go with suboxone. If you have any specific questions, will you hit comment and list them so that we might be able to answer them for you.
