I want to start out dry cutting and then switch to liquid titration as the doses get lower. I don't want it to take forever, but yet I know it will take some time. I need some kind of schedule that will work, took them for a long time, quit for a year, stopped cold turkey, have been back on them for one year. I really could use some suggestions. Thanks for anybody with any sensible suggestions.

ceryna, when I can off xanax 15yrs ago. I found a doc that helped me with the taper and he was great. Thats my suggestion, you seek out a doc that will help you do that. He didn't put me on anything else, just did a taper for me and I saw him everyso often and he just kept cutting it down. So my body ajusted to it and I didn't have a hard time. Von

The patient has GI side effects and currently takes divided dose after lunch and again after dinner.

I'm on 250 MG at night only but still feel irritated and agressive. I was wondering if it would help to split up my doses.
