Some women are just doomed to get frequent urinary tract infections, and it doesn't necessarily mean that anything is wrong. You can of course tell your doctor that you are nervous about it, and he or she can tell you if they have any concerns.
If you are sexually active, the NUMBER ONE THING you can do to prevent UTIs is to urinate within a few minutes after having sex (even just a little bit of urine helps) to help wash away bacteria.
