I have been suspicious of my son's behavior in the last few months that he has moved back home with me. I kicked him out in the past for drug use and when he returned he promised he was clean. I have been noticing his behavior lately and he has been going in and out of the house numerous times to the "gas station" I think that is where he is doing his buying and perhaps selling. My question is what do I do? Confront him with the evidence, he will only lie to me that they are not his. That is his usual answer that they belong to someone else and he is just holding them, however it is still illegal to have them and especially in my house. I am afraid of what would happen if the police came to my house. How do I get him to admit what he is doing and get the help he needs to stop his dangerous behavior?
I just found a bottle of oxys in my sons room 60 tabs, what do I do?

1st how old is you son? very important? hopefully a teenager? and never been to jail? or prison NOW! does he know every pill is 1felony? say he has 2 that is 2 years in prison? or more,if they are not in the original bottle with label correct, 1 felony, for a labeling charge, if he is driving with them, OVI, operating a vehicle intoxicated!2 is a felony, serious prison time, depending on age? i would go to rite aid, cvs, drug mart, etc,buy a urine test for narcotics ask the pharmacist to help get the correct test, there not cheap, but neither is a life! if positive, option, rehab! jail/or prison?also to mention if he sells a pill and a person dies, murder! i know people there for that, scare him,.it is the complete truth, don't let him trow away his life behind bars?good luck... [ its tough love]
