I was getting into a van and when I went to lift up I cracked my head pretty hard on the top of the van, since then I've had real bad headaches and when I sit down for more than a few minutes I get real tired and fall asleep, sometimes hours at a time. It's even affected my work a little bit also.I was wondering if it's possible I may have a slight concussion??

I was also wondering if maybe since the headaches and the sudden need for sleep has adapted if I should get in to see my doctor or just not worry about it
You should go to your dr. or the e/r asap. There have been many situations where people (some famous... I can't remember her name, but she fell skiing and didn't even realize how hard she hit her head, and died later?)... anyway where some people have hit their heads not realizing how hard and had a concussion or worse. One of the girls who plays soccer with my daughter had gotten hit in the head while playing goalie (and she wore a helmet) she developed a reacurring concussion and it came back while playing softball this spring. You really need to make sure. Not trying to scare you but your "noggin" is something you need to protect. Please go to the dr. and let us know how you make out. Better safe than sorry.
absolutely see a doctor o go to the ER you most probably have a concussion. headaches and not being able to stay awake are symptoms of a concussion. take this seriously
Yes!!! You have severe concussion probably brain injury. I fell April 3rd, have had bad migraines since, everyday all day. Go to Neurologist! Why would you Not go??
