Nothing. How long have you been on Lutera? If you just started it, it is not unusual at all. Most women dont start menstruating until they are 3-4 days in or more on their inactive Pills. It usually takes 3 or so packs before your body gets used to the hormones and establishes a new routine. Many women find their periods to be very light, just spotting and sometimes even no period at all some months. If you go two months or more without a period then you should test for pregnancy. Just relax, if you have used your Pills correctly and taken one each day (preferably around the same time of day, but at least every day-missing by a few hours is no big deal as long as you get a Pill every day) and have used a back up method for the first pack, you should be fine.
