on it. they were in a Ranitidine 300mg prescription bottle. can you tell what they are?
I have two white oblong tablets with the numbers IP466 and one white oblong tablet with 93-490?

I can tell you what they aren't. Ranitidine is an ulcer medicine and the pills are a peachy color with the #545 on them. Sorry I don't know what your white pills are. Maybe you can call the pharmacist.
I know this is an old question but in case someone has same question... The pill marked 93-490 is Acetaminophen/propoxyphene and is narcotic analgesic pain pill. The pills marked ip466 is an 800 mg ibuprofen.
